RV Detailing Technician
Supports the lead technician on job sites and performs RV exterior and interior cleaning services.
Core duties
- Wash RV exteriors
- Assist with restoration services
- Perform RV interior cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Set up and break down jobsite equipment.
- Follow the company Standard Operating Procedure binder and quality standards.

Lead RV Detailing Technician
Leads the job site, manages technicians, maintains equipment, safety, and quality.
Core duties
- Meet customers at the job site.
- Manage technicians and perform the service with technicians
- Oversee quality.
- Maintain safety and equipment throughout the job.
- Move equipment to and from the site.
- Take payment at the end of the service and close out the visit professionally.
What we look for
- Must have previous detailing or pressure washing experience, or have experience working in RV maintenance.
- Confident communicator who can represent the company well.
- Organized, safety-minded, and capable of leading a small crew.
- Valid driver license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Able to solve problems on site without losing professionalism.

Important work conditions
- Work is outdoors in changing weather.
- Crews may work on roofs and should follow fall-safety practices.
- Jobs involve movement, lifting, setup, cleanup, and wet work.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
